In production of packaging inserts, we mainly use cross-linked raw materials, XLPE foam.
XLPE foam is a cross-linked foamed polyethylene with a fine closed cell structure. XLPE foam has higher mechanical load resistance, higher tensile strength and longer durability than PE foam. Due to its properties, it is used in many industries. It is a higher grade and price level than PE foam sheets. It is often used for representative packaging, for military applications or to protect the packaging of more expensive equipment.
Protective packaging liners made of this type of foam are the perfect protection for laser or military equipment, optical instruments, computer equipment, etc. Our capabilities and machine tools allow us to manufacture the protective foam insert exactly to the shape of your product and to plan the layout of all the necessary equipment or additional parts as required by the product instructions or transport requirements.
XLPE Foam Applications
XLPE foam is used for packaging: electronics and household appliances, glass, ceramics, tools, metal parts, laser equipment, computer equipment, important gifts or items, optics and military equipment, and other important goods.
We can offer you the stock colour dark grey (Graphite ) or custom-made inserts in blue, red, yellow or other colours.
